Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Right of Cancellation
1.1. The buyer has the right to cancel the order before the purchase is completed.

1.2. In case the product or service has not been delivered, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [[email protected]].

1.3. When the cancellation is confirmed, the process of refunding the payment to the Buyer is initiated.

2. Right of Return
2.1. Due to the nature of digital products, the right of withdrawal is not offered. However, in cases where the product or service is defective, the Buyer may request a return.

2.4. When evaluating return requests, the usage status and originality of the product or service are checked. Digital products that have been shared with third parties or used are excluded from the scope of return.

3. Fee Refund Process
3.1. If the cancellation or refund request is approved, the refund of the payment will be made within 7 working days.

3.2. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made. The Provider shall not be held responsible for any delays due to bank transactions.

4. Exceptions
4.1. The right of return for products and services offered as part of a campaign or discount may be limited by the Provider. This is clearly stated during the purchase process.

4.2. In case of violation of the terms of use of the license and digital accounts, the cancellation or refund request will be rejected.
